JF Designs has preconfigured your Web server to handle the processing of Web forms via e-mail, as well as hit counters for your page with a variety of styles. Our servers easily handle JavaScript, and many perl scripts. If you have a question about any custom CGI scripts, e-mail us with details of the script, and it will be evaluated. You can get some very basic CGI scripts from this The CGI Resource Index. CGI scripts, by their very nature can be destructive if programmed maliciously. We take server security very seriously.
If you need help installing or writing custom CGI scripts, contact JF Designs and we will get you up and running at a minimum cost. We will give you an estimate for the job you wish to have written, installed or fixed.

Frequently asked questions:
Can I make all my CGI programs executable?
Any Perl or CGI scripts that you upload to your cgi-bin need to have the 'execute' permission set. If this is not done you will receive an error message in your Web browser that you don't have permission to access the script when you attempt to run it. Most FTP programs have an option that lets you set execute permissions for files that you upload. If your's does not have this option you can enable execute permission for your scripts by choosing this option.
