The Web browser section will give you basic information about how to use your Web browser, but if you are reading this, you are successfully using your Web browser. We strongly suggest using Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. You can download these browsers from our software page. Both of these browsers are free and include an e-mail program.

Your e-mail configuration is straightforward. 99% of all our tech support questions we answer are because the e-mail section wasn't read thoroughly. Please review the easy-to-read information. Go There

Transferring your files to your Web server is not as difficult as it was just a few years ago. Modern FTP (File Transfer Protocol) software has made it very easy to manage your Web site files. We support technical answers for Fetch and Transmit for Macintosh PC's, and CuteFTP for Windows PC's. Go There

JF Designs has preconfigured your Web server to handle the processing of Web forms via e-mail, as well as hit counters for your page with a variety of styles. Our servers easily handle JavaScript, and many Perl scripts. If you want to use any custom CGI scripts, e-mail us with details of the script, and it will be evaluated. CGI scripts, by their very nature can be destructive if programmed maliciously. We take server security very seriously. Go There
